Bernard Croisile er en respekteret neurolog og neuropsykolog, der er internationalt anerkendt for sin forskning om forholdet mellem alder og kognition. Han modtog Alzheimer's Disease Parke-Davis Award i 1998 og har skrevet flere hundrede peer-reviewed artikler i videnskabelige tidsskrifter samt bogkapitler om aldring og kognition. Endvidere har han holdt oplæg ved mange videnskabelige konferencer om forebyggelse af demens og aldersrelateret kognitiv svækkelse. Bernard Croisile har været leder af Neuropsykologisk afdeling ved Neurologisk Hospital i Lyon Frankrig siden 1992. Han modtog sin medicinske uddannelse og certificering i neurologi ved Lyon Hospitalet og sin neurovidenskabelige specialistgrad og Ph.D. i neuropsykologi fra Claude Bernard universitetet i Lyon, Frankrig.

Michel Noir har haft stor indflydelse på udviklingen af den pædagogiske teori bag brain fitness, herunder ikke mindst hvordan man udformer hjernetræning, således at det bliver sjovt at lave. Michel Noir modtog sin Ph.D. i Pædagogisk videnskab og sit postgraduat diplom i kognitiv psykologi fra universitet i Lyon, Frankrig. Endvidere har han forskellige uddannelser indenfor det juridiske område fra det juridiske fakultet i Paris, ligesom han har uddannelse indenfor politisk videnskab. Michel Noir er forfatter til mere end 15 bøger vedrørende forskellige emner med relation til uddannelse og hjernetræningsøvelser.

Han afsluttede som bedste studerende i sin klasse ved Ecole Centrale de Lyon og afsluttede senere sin Ph.D i computervidenskab også ved Ecole Centrale de Lyon.
